A: No, buyers are provided the fair market value of the vehicle before the negotiation begins.

Why should I go to a MAPP dealership?
A: MAPP dealerships are BBB accredited, follow VIADA code of ethics and abide by the MAPP Dealer Agreement.

How do I find a MAPP dealership?
A: Go to Participating Dealers for a list of participating dealerships.

Are the vehicle choices limited by MAPP?
A: No, a buyer may choose any vehicle.

What if there is a problem with the purchase?
A: MAPP dealerships have a point of contact for problem resolution. If there is a problem, ask for the MAPP point of contact.

What if the problem cannot be resolved by the point of contact?
A: MAPP dealerships have an interest in creating successful and positive purchasing experiences. If there are any problems that cannot be resolved, then contact the BBB or a military legal assistance office.
