MAPP GOALS |
|
To provide outstanding quality sales, service, and education to service members in their vehicle purchasing efforts by:
|
- Advising them of their rights, obligations and committing to upholding those rights
- Providing a special point of contact for questions and problem resolution
- Informing the service member of the fair market value of the vehicle being considered as established by the Official NADA Used Car Guide or Kelley Blue Book (KBB)
- Allowing the service member to have the contracts reviewed prior to the sale
- Fully explaining all warranties and extended service agreements provided

The dealers involved in this program will assist those who protect our nation by reducing stress, confusion, and harm that may occur when an uninformed consumer engages in the purchase of a motor vehicle.
